Do you offer International Shipping?
We do not offer international shipping on our Snack Boxes due to the amount of time it would take for people to receive their boxes. Because we do send perishable items in our boxes we want to make sure that everything in the box is as fresh as possible when they come to you!
What if I have a food allergy?
If you do have a food allergy then we advise against buying a Snack Box. Because of the amount of orders we receive we are not able to customize boxes at this time to fit individual dietary needs. If you have boughten a Snack box and are experiencing an allergic reaction call 911 immediately.
What kind of value am I getting from the Snack Box?
A lot of the value that is received from the Snack Box is in the convenience of receiving a box of Disney goodies right to your door on a monthly basis. So, while the total might not be 100% (usually between 50-75% of value) of the total price, we do our best to make sure that every box has the most value to you, our customer.
How many Snacks do I get in this box?
There will be 5+ snacks in each box that will vary in size and contents. Your box will always include at least 5 snacks, but the snacks themselves will vary each month.
What should I do if my item’s come damaged?
If you receive any items that are damaged or look spoiled you should contact our customer support team by email (support@waltlife.com). What type of Packaging will my snacks be coming in?
We try to use the original packaging for each of the snacks that will be in your box. In the event that an item would need to have a different packaging in order to fit in the box, such items will be wrapped and separate from the other contents in the box.
What are shipping costs like for this box?
Shipping costs are static at $10, as we do not ship the boxes internationally. If you live in the United States, your Snack Box will only cost $10 for shipping, no matter what!
