Due to the custom nature of most of our products and the time and effort put into custom designing a box for our subscribers, we do not accept returns nor can we exchange any items. However, if you receive the wrong item, or it's damaged, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Please send [email protected] an email if you have any concerns. The sooner we know about it, the quicker we can rectify the problem.
